Great place for both family and business stays. Folks are very helpful/. Service is excellent. Food is good.

My recent stay at the hotel was disappointing given the price I paid. The lack of communication and responsiveness from the staff significantly affected the experience. Additionally, the room interiors, furniture, and electronics were outdated and in need of a complete overhaul or replacement. Basic amenities, such as a waste bin in the bathroom, were missing, adding to the inconvenience. Overall, the condition of the property did not meet the standards expected of a five-star establishment!!!

slow wifi
My stay was very good, allowed for earlier check-in as I arrived at 11.30 am. The service was good and the staffs were super friendly.
However, the free wifi speed was very slow most of the time
The room needs some "refreshing" as it looks dated and worn

Best hotel around pawai area. Great location, amazing modern rooms, super helpful staff. Real 5 star experience, would recommend to anyone and will be staying there again given the chance.
